Welcome to Infoglance Store (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access and use of our website, products, and digital services. By accessing or purchasing from our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1.1 Definitions & Scope

  • “Platform” / “Marketplace” / “We / Us / Our” refers to Infoglance Marketplace.
  • “User,” “Customer,” “Client” refers to any person who registers, purchases, or uses services / products via the platform.
  • “Digital Product” means software, tools, templates, assets, etc., that can be downloaded or accessed electronically.
  • “Digital Service” means services delivered electronically or remotely (e.g. consulting, development).
  • “Course / Digital Course” means e-learning programs, lectures, modules, content delivery.
  • “MCA Services” means company registration, compliance, documentation, etc., which we facilitate via third-party agencies.
  • “Loan Assistance / Finance Services” means document preparation, advisory, DSA services for loan applications.

2. Use of Services

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful or prohibited activities.

3. Products & Services

Infoglance Store offers digital products, online courses, IT services, MCA compliance consultancy, and digital marketing assistance. All products and services are subject to availability and specific service terms as mentioned on our website.

3.1 Order & Acceptance

  • Every order placed is subject to acceptance by us (or the relevant service provider). We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons (e.g. fraud, non-verification, non-compliance).
  • When we accept, we will send an Order Confirmation containing the details. At that point, a binding contract is formed (subject to refund / return terms).

3.2 Delivery / Access / Performance

  • For digital products, after payment and verification, access / download link / license will be delivered to the user’s registered email / account.
  • For services, course enrollments, MCA or finance assistance, we will perform / coordinate as per the timeline agreed in the order.
  • We strive to meet timelines; but certain dependencies (e.g. third parties, government authorities, external agents) may cause delays beyond our control. Where delays occur, we will notify the user promptly.

4. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are as listed, inclusive (or exclusive, as indicated) of applicable taxes (GST etc.).
  • Prices are listed in base currency INR (â‚ą) & switchable currency US DOLLAR ($) and may change without prior notice.
  • Payments are due in advance (full or milestone-based) as per the order.
  • All payments must be made online using our secure payment gateway; any gateway fees or failed transaction costs must be borne by the customer (unless otherwise stated).

5. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, course materials, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Infoglance Store and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
  • All digital products, content, course materials, software, etc., remain our (or licensors’) IP.
  • Customer receives only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use per the license terms.
  • Unauthorized distribution, resale, reverse engineering, or unlawful copying is prohibited.

5.1 Representations & User Obligations

  • Customer guarantees that all information submitted is accurate, legitimate, and lawful.
  • Customer is responsible for ensuring compatibility of their systems, abiding by license terms, and safeguarding credentials.
  • Misuse, unlawful purposes, or violation of applicable laws is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
  • Except as expressly provided (e.g. for defect / refund in certain cases), we disclaim liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential loss.
  • Our maximum liability (in aggregate) under any order is limited to the amount paid by the user for that order.
  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime, flawless performance, or error-free operation; we will use reasonable efforts.

7. Termination / Suspension

  • We may suspend / terminate a user’s access if they breach any terms or misuse the service.
  • On termination, rights of refund (if any) are governed by the refund policy set out on refund-policy.

8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing that, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
