- “Digital Service” means consulting, development, setups, or any service delivered remotely.
- “Course” means e-learning modules or content programs.
- “MCA Services” include company registration, compliance, documentation, etc.
- “Loan Assistance / Finance Services” includes advisory, document processing, and DSA-related assistance.
2. Use of Services
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree not to misuse our services for unlawful or prohibited activities.
3. Products & Services
Infoglance Store offers digital products, online courses, IT services, MCA compliance consultancy, and digital marketing assistance. All offerings are subject to availability and service terms as listed.
3.1 Order & Acceptance
- Orders are subject to acceptance. We may cancel/reject orders for reasons such as fraud, non-verification, or compliance failure.
- Once accepted, an Order Confirmation will be sent. A binding contract is formed at that point.
3.2 Delivery / Access / Performance
- Digital products are delivered to the user’s registered email or account post-payment.
- Services, courses, MCA or finance assistance follow the timeline outlined in the order.
- External dependencies may cause delays beyond our control; users will be notified accordingly.
4. Payments & Pricing
- Prices listed include/exclude taxes as indicated.
- Prices are shown in INR (₹) & USD ($) and may change without prior notice.
- Payments may be full or milestone-based.
- Gateway charges or failed transaction fees are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual Property
- All website content, course materials, and digital assets belong to Infoglance Store, protected under applicable IP laws.
- Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for usage per defined terms.
- Unauthorized distribution, resale, or reverse engineering is prohibited.
5.1 Representations & User Obligations
- Users must provide accurate, lawful information.
- Users are responsible for system compatibility and safeguarding their credentials.
- Misuse or unlawful usage is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific order.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation, though reasonable efforts are made.
7. Termination / Suspension
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of terms or misuse.
- Refund rights (if applicable) follow the Refund Policy.
8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Indian law; disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
